With summer fast approaching and the warm weather on it's way, now's the perfect time to start toning up...

5 Ways To Get Great Legs...

  1. Squats. To work your thighs and butt, stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Bend your knees until you're almost sitting. Hold. Lift yourself up.
  2. Lunges. Stand with your hands on your hips. Take a big step forward and power your yourself down so your knee is bent and aligned right over your foot. Hold for a second and bring yourself back. Repeat with the other leg. Do 3 sets of 10-15 per leg.
  3. Get a pair of the new unique "Fitflops".
  4. Vary your training each week. So cycling or sprinting, jogging or even swimming are all great ways to aid your work-outs at the gym.
  5. Always warm up before exercise (jogging or walking) and stretch down after.
