Same day dispatch
All orders received by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday will be sent out to you on the same day and will be delivered to you the next working day or within 48 hours depending on the delivery option you have chosen.
24 hour / 2-3 day service
Applies to all orders to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight up to 2kg.
24 hour / 2-3 day service
Applies to product we have currently in stock - which is pretty much everything on the site. If we don't currently have the product in stock there will be a date next to the 'Buy' button indicating the projected arrival date of the product. If there is no date next to the 'Buy' button - it's in stock and you will get your goods the next day or within 2-3 days depending on the delivery option you have chosen.
2-7 Day service
All Team kits that are in stock will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Sizes not in stock will be ordered directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 7 working days to be delivered to UK addresses. The P & P for this postage is £4.99 (includes insurance). Please note delivery to Ireland can take up to 10 working days and P & P is £15 (includes insurance). Also note, P & P to all other overseas destinations is £25 including insurance and can take up to 14 working days.
You only pay once
Part orders, if some of the goods in your order are in stock and some aren't - we'll send the ones that are straight away and the others as soon as they come in - but you only pay one delivery charge.
Weekend orders
Orders received on Saturday / Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery the next working day or within 2-3 days depending on the delivery option you have chosen
We promise
We'll do absolutely everything we can to ensure you receive your goods within the time frame specified. We work with our couriers who have a 97.8% accuracy for their 24 hour service and a 95% accuracy with their 2-3 days service. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays which occur whilst your goods are in transit with our courier.
Highlands & Islands, BFPO:
Please note delivery to the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Shetlands, Orkney Islands, Sark and Herm takes 2-3 days hours at a cost of £4.99. Postage to a BFPO address is £4.99.

Please note this delivery charge applies to extra large equipment items requiring a special 2 person delivery team (e.g. treadmills). Delivery of these items requires acceptance of specific terms and conditions (presented in the checkout during purchase).
Other Terms & Conditions
Free Delivery
- Free delivery applies only to those items specified by us as being eligible for free delivery.
- Free delivery applies to UK addresses only.
- The delivery time for free delivery is 2-3 working days.
- Free delivery does not apply to orders over 10kg (eg heavy weights) and items subject to Special Equipment delivery (eg treadmills).
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Items Delayed/Missing in Transit
2-3 Day service
- Please allow 3 working days from the date of despatch before contacting us about a missing order. If your order hasn't arrived within this period we'll contact our courier to locate your parcel.
- Unfortunately items are not classed as missing in transit by our courier until 7 working days after despatch.
- We'll send replacements immediately if your parcel hasn't been delivered within 7 working days from despatch.
- Please note replacements can only be despatched on receipt of your completed Lossage Form which will be emailed to you if your parcel has not been delivered within 7 working days from despatch.
24 Hour Delivery
- If your order hasn't been delivered by 1pm the following working day after despatch, please let us know and we'll contact our courier to locate it.
- We'll send replacements if our courier is unable to locate your parcel.
- Please note replacements can only be despatched on receipt of your completed Lossage Form which will be emailed to you immediately.

Payment by cheque
For payment by cheque, please allow 15 working days from order to delivery.
Availability
All goods are offered subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw any item without notice. In the event that any item you order is not available and that we do not have a suitable alternative for you, a full refund will be made. Please note that your card is not charged unless items are in stock or until they come into stock.
