Changing from walking boots to water shoes are a thing of the past with the Keen Newport H2 Walking Sandals. Featuring a raft of technologies that can stand up to just about anything the great outdoors can throw at you, this hybrid outdoor sandal is a must have for any outdoor enthusiast who loves challenging terrain and getting wet in equal measures.
Featuring a quick drying, washable polyester webbing upper with hydrophobic lining, this hybrid sandal is well suited to water based activities. A lace capture system offers a secure and customisable fit as well as easy on and off.
A compression molded EVA midsole offers excellent cushioning underfoot for long day hikes, whereas a multi-directional lug pattern with razor siping offers superb traction over varied terrain. In addition a TPU stability shank built into the midsole creates a more stable ride. Traditional sandals don't offer much in the way of protection for your toes. The Newport H2 sandal features Keen.Protect which is a molded reinforcement around the toe area to safeguard against abrasion and mild impact to keep your toes safe from the unexpected.
For added comfort and support, Keen employ hybrid-ology in the form of a metatomical EVA footbed. This is an anatomically designed internal support mechanism which provides support for the arch and metatarsals and cradles the natural contours of the foot. Metatarsals + anatomical = metatomical.
