The Nike Lady Free Bionic Cross Training Shoes provide dynamic stability and support in key areas, with added ventilation to ensure you remain cool, dry and comfortable during exercise. Flywire threads offer a sense of lightness and stability with a flexible fit. The outsole flex grooves allow your feet to move restriction-free in any direction, resulting in a lessened risk of injury. Cushlon pods, a comfort collar and heel and a moulded sockliner provide anatomical support and cushioning, offering maximum comfort whilst you train.
After learning that Stanford athletes had been training barefoot on the university's golf course, three of Nike's most innovative and creative employees set out to develop a shoe that felt natural and weightless, similar to bare feet. In 2002, they examined a group of men and women with pressure-measuring insoles taped to their feet, using high-speed cameras to capture images of each foot in motion.
The team spent eight years studying the biomechanics of shoeless running. The results yielded a profound understanding of the foot's natural landing angle, pressure and toe position, allowing Nike designers to build an unconventional and flexible running shoe from the inside out.

Yes, you will need to pay the return postage costs. We also advise that you make sure you have sufficient postal insurance, just in case your parcel goes missing on the way back to us.

We'll try our best to process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your return but please allow 7 days for busy periods. Don't forget that once we've processed your refund, it can take up to 72 hours to show up in your account.
