Returns

Returning your goods is simple. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in a condition of reasonable care (ie a resaleable condition) for a refund for the price of the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that any custom printed or embroidered goods are non returnable. Ensure that the details passed to us in your order are correct.

If you have found another item you wish to exchange a product for, please return the original purchase to us, and we will gladly exchange the goods and send them out postage free. If you would like a refund, we will return the monies to you by the same method you originally paid by. When returning goods to us please write reason and request on the back of the invoice, wrap securely and send it back to our address listed below.

Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of postage as your insurance against loss / damage.

Faulty Goods:

If goods are thought to be faulty, please return them to our returns department at: Sportsshoes Unlimited, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 5SD within a reasonable time from purchase.

If the goods are faulty, a refund, exchange or credit will be given according to the customer's wishes. Additionally a refund will be given on the postal charges incurred up to the value of £4.60.

Cancellation:

Any customer has the right to cancel a product. If that product has already been despatched, then it can be returned to us (in re-saleable condition and in it's original box) and a refund, exchange or credit will be given according to the customer's wishes (excluding the package and postage costs.) If the customer wants to exchange the goods for an alternative, then this will be sent out package and postage free, using our normal 2-3 working days service.

Please note we suggest using ParcelForce Trackback at your local Post Office, to send the goods back to us. We can not accept responsibility for goods lost while in transit to us.

Embroidery

We offer an Embriodery Service which allows you to personalise your training or team kits with your own personal logo, player name or club name. Please call us or email us for set up costs.

Specified football boots can also be embroidered at an additional cost of £14.99 per pair (on all boots purchased from Sportsshoes.com at the times of embroidery) for surname, number or initials.

Please note; The layout, design or any colour changes are at the sole discretion of the embroiderer. Embroidery will take an addditional 5-7 working days for delivery. When ordering embroidery from our website please state your requirements where highlighted.

NB There is a strict no returns policy once embroidery has been applied, unless the goods are found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
