"Solid if not spectacular"
Strengths
Good flexibility and rear-foot cushioning. Excellent breathability on the upper.
Weaknesses
Size comes up a little small in the toe-box and the fore-foot cushioning wore out too quickly
Overall
As a sub 10 stone lightweight, I expected the cushioning to last longer as it has done in comparable shoes (Zoom Elite/Wave Maverick). Midfoot support was adequate but not perfect for my requirements, left foot was struggling to re-supinate properly.

"Blistering pace, without the blisters."
Strengths
Light, responsive, good cushioning, smart design.
Weaknesses
Tend to wear out a bit on the sole as I am not the lightest of runner. Bit pricey.
Overall
I did London Marathon with only 10 miles breaking them in, and no blisters. Having returned to Asics DS Trainer after several years away, I am now rejuvenated. Whilst my pb's will always be behind me, I have a new spring in my step, and a new buzz in my …

"Smooth performance"
Strengths
The strengths of this shoe are the fact that where usage of other shoes have caused blistering and discomfort I've found a major difference, in that, I did not suffer from the kind of discomfort that generally would effect my running on the whole, as has occured in the past and though generally I wouldnt have gone for this particular brand a friend of mine was kind enough to loan me a pair of his (unused) and I found that I actually benefitted from using them
Overall
Overall a good shoe, surprisingly better than I had expected, excellent performance and comfort.
