Shipping Options

We'll do everything we can to ensure as speedy and efficient delivery as possible.

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched that day. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 1pm on a Friday or over the weekend, we'll despatch it the following Monday.

These delivery options apply to orders sent to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Shetlands, Orkney Islands, Sark, Herm and BFPO addresses, all up to a weight of 2kg

You only pay once

We make only one charge per order for delivery, even if we send you more than one parcel. So if some of your goods are in stock and some aren't, we'll send the ones that are straight away and the others as soon as they come in - but you only pay one delivery charge.

Availability

The delivery times shown above apply to items we currently have in stock - which is pretty much everything on the site. If we don't currently have your item in stock there will be a date next to the "Add to Basket" button indicating the projected arrival date of the product. If there is no date next to the "Add to Basket" button - it's in stock and you will get your goods within the time frames above, depending on your delivery option.

Alternative Delivery Addresses

We work hard to prevent unauthorised and fraudulent purchases. For this reason we deliver only to the cardholder's billing address or, if you're out at work during the day, we can deliver to your place of work.

If we're delivering to your workplace, this must be registered with Royal Mail as such, for example as a registered business, school, hospital etc. For security reasons, we are unfortunately not able to deliver to any residential address which is not the cardholder's.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit

We promise we'll do absolutely everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe specified.

We work with our couriers who have a 97.8% accuracy for their 24 hour service and a 95% accuracy for their 2-5 day service.

Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in the mind the points below.

Standard Delivery:

• Please allow 3 working days from the date of despatch before contacting us to chase a parcel.
• We'll then contact our courier to investigate and locate the parcel.
• Items are classed as missing in transit by our courier if they haven't been delivered within 7 days from the date of despatch. At this point we'll ensure replacements are sent to you immediately.
• Please note that we'll ask you to complete a Lossage Form prior to sending replacements. We'll email this to you if your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days.

Express Delivery:

• If your order hasn't arrived by 1pm the following working day, please let us know and we'll contact our courier to locate it.
• We'll send replacements immediately if our courier is unable to locate your parcel.
• Please note that we'll ask you to complete a Lossage Form prior to sending replacements. We'll email this to you straight away.

Other Shipping Options

International Delivery

Unfortunately orders to the EU, North America and other overseas destinations (other than the UK and Republic of Ireland) cannot be processed online.

Team Kit Delivery

Please allow 2-7 working days for delivery of Team Kits. Our standard delivery conditions apply.

Personalised Items

Items which are being personalised may take slightly longer for delivery. We'll let you know the estimated delivery time when we send you your quote. Don't forget that personalised items are non returnable unless they're found to be faulty.

Delivery with payment by cheque

Please allow 15 working days for delivery.

Free delivery

From time to time we'll offer you free delivery on selected products. The following terms and conditions apply:

• Free delivery applies only to those items specified by us as being eligible.
• Free delivery applies to UK addresses only.
• The delivery time for free delivery is 2-5 working days.
• Free delivery does not apply to Heavy or Special Equipment deliveries
• Free delivery is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
