Ways to lace your shoes
Tight pressure around the tongue?
Use this system to remove pressure caused by tight lacing across the trainer's tongue.
Do you have toe problems?
Zigzag he lacing of the shoe to help take the pressure away from sore toes and aid them to heal, whilst not giving up your training.
Do you have painful feet?

Try looping the laces on your shoe in this way to help hold the heel more firlmy in place, which will help to recuce the risk of injury and blisters.
