What are your delivery options?
You can order on our express, standard or first class (where applicable) delivery options. Take a look at our delivery and returns page for more information.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We now accept international orders online. To see destinations and postage costs please see our International Delivery charges.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes, these are classed as standard UK addresses and UK delivery charges apply. Please note that we can't be held responsible for any delays once we've passed your parcel to the British Forces postal service.
Can I have my order delivered to someone else?
We work hard to prevent unauthorised and fraudulent purchases and therefore we can deliver only to the cardholder's billing address or, if you're out at work during the day, we can deliver to your place of work.
What should I do if I don't receive my parcel within the estimated delivery time?
If your parcel doesn't arrive within the estimated timescale, give us a call or send an email and we'll track your parcel and find out why it hasn't been delivered.
What if the courier misplaces my parcel?
In the rare event of your parcel being misplaced by the courier, we'll make sure replacements are sent on receipt of your completed Lossage Form.
Please note: Claims for missing parcels must be made within 28 days of placing your order.
What is the Lossage Form?
This is a form which our courier requires us to provide when we claim for a missing parcel. We'll email this to you and ask you to complete it before we send replacements for missing items.
Which delivery company do you use?
Standard deliveries are sent using Hermes and express deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. International deliveries are sent using Royal Mail and delivered by the national postal service of the destination country.
What if I'm not in when the parcel arrives?
In the case of a standard delivery, our courier will try to leave your parcel in a safe place. If this isn't possible, they'll leave a card so you can rearrange delivery. For express deliveries a signature is needed, so your parcel will be returned to your local Royal Mail delivery office for collection.
What happens if only part of my order arrives?
Due to different warehouse locations, we may send your items out in different parcels and therefore some may be delivered earlier than others. If your outstanding items still haven't arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, give us a call and we'll find out why they haven't been delivered.
What is the delivery period for gift-wrapped items?
Delivery of parcels that have been requested to be gift wrapped adds an additional 24 hours on to your estimated delivery time.
What if I pay by cheque
Cheque payments take ten days to clear through our system - we despatch your parcel on the tenth day, and then normal delivery times apply.
How long will delivery take for payment by postal order?
Normal delivery times apply.
