Welcome to week two of the exclusive Nature’s Gym Workout series. Devised specifically for outdoor training by OurParks in association with Merrell, this series of workouts trades the four walls of the gym for the stunning views, fresh air and the natural equipment of Nature’s Gym. This week we have another full body workout with these killer moves.

WEEK 2:

Incline Push Ups: 30 seconds x 5 sets

Lateral Raises: 30 seconds x 5 sets

Branch Bell Press: 30 seconds x 5 sets

Lunge Pulses: 30 seconds x 5 sets

Strides: 30 seconds x 5 sets

Upright Row: 30 seconds x 5 sets
