HOW WE’RE RESPONDING TO COVID-19

As the world watches for the latest Covid-19 developments, we wanted to let you know how we’re responding here and what we’re doing to keep the Sportsshoes community, including our employees, customers and partners, safe at this time.

As always our first priority is the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees. We have implemented strict safeguards including stringent social distancing processes and hygiene procedures in-line with government and World Health Organisation guidelines, with the majority of our workforce now working from home.

Our fantastic teams are working hard to continue to deliver the same level of service you’ve come to know and expect of us. We are working alongside our delivery partners to help ensure that deliveries run on time and our customer service team is on hand to handle any queries or problems you may have without delay.

We understand that you’ll have questions about the processes we have in place at this time, so we’ve put together everything you need to know here, which we hope will be helpful.

We are working alongside our courier partners to ensure that our deliveries continue to run on time and without delay.

Safeguards We’ve Implemented at Sportsshoes HQ

Our number one priority at this time is ensuring the safety and health of our employees, partners and customers at all times. We have implemented strict safeguards and procedures at our Head Office in accordance with government, Public Health and World Health Organisation guidelines and we are monitoring and reviewing these on a daily basis as the situation develops. These include:

  • Stringent hygiene and sanitisation procedures for staff, equipment, packaging and products
  • Only minimal, essential employees on site
  • The majority of employees are working from home
  • Strict social distancing measures
  • Regular deep cleaning processes
  • Provision of PPE for staff where required

How We’re Ensuring Safer Deliveries

Your order is picked and packed in accordance with the strict hygiene procedures and safeguards detailed above. We are working alongside our couriers to implement contact-free deliveries to help ensure the safety of deliveries in-line with social distancing guidelines. The NHS further advises that the risk of transmission of the virus through packaging remains unlikely and low risk.

Our team continues to be on hand to help with any problems or questions you might have via phone, Live Chat, email or our social channels without delay and responding within our usual response times and service levels. With many of our team now working from home, we would recommend our Live Chat facility as a fast, easy way to reach us and resolve your query with an immediate response.

100 Day Returns

We are continuing to process returned orders in accordance with our normal service levels. However, we understand that due to current restrictions it may not be possible to return your order straight away. With that in mind please be assured that our returns policy allows 100 days for you to return your order for an exchange or refund. If you need any further help or assistance with a return, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer care team.
