Seamless Ripstop Upper

The Terrex Skychaser Ultra GORE-TEX keeps feet feeling fresh, dry and comfortable throughout your long hiking endeavours. Thanks to the seamless ripstop upper with welded overlays, the shoes keep feet well-protected and shielded from knocks, bumps and scrapes on rugged, changing trails. The durable upper is lightweight with highly breathable properties to help prevent feet from becoming uncomfortable when things heat up, for an enjoyable, focused experience. Working with the ripstop material is a GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane that seals out wet, soggy conditions, preventing puddles and rain from entering the shoes to keep feet dry. The quick-drying structure of GORE-TEX means that even when things get hot and sweaty, feet remain dry and comfortable, thanks to its ability to wick moisture from the surface of your skin. The knitted collar and tongue sit close to the foot and ankle to prevent debris from entering, and heel pull tabs assist in putting the shoes on and off. Finishing the upper is a traditional lacing system, which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a secure fit.

Lightstrike Pro Midsole

Providing endless cushioning underfoot, adidas' Lightstrike Pro foam has been utilised within the midsole. The foam keeps you swaddled in plush comfort underfoot. Ensuring outstanding energy return and explosive toe-offs with every step while your feet stay feeling soft and fresh, providing you with a soft landing. When striking down on unforgiving surfaces, shock is absorbed into the foam, dissipating direct impact and protecting your joints and feet from injury. Continental Rubber Outsole

The outsole offers traction across a range of surfaces, including wet and dry conditions, helping you remain focused and confident on challenging surfaces. The multi-directional lugs bite into the earth for excellent traction on soft surfaces, while a climbing zone in the forefoot area provides grip when stepping on rocks. The rubber itself is highly durable, resisting damage for long-lasting use.
