The Alpha Skin 360 Long Tight from adidas includes High Compression panels in its construction. Compression panels are placed across key muscles groups which wrap the muscles firmly and reduce the vibrations which often occur during exercise. If the muscles are not supported, the vibrations could cause fatigue, aches and pains. Another great benefit which is offered by Compression is that tight fit improves blood circulation, therefore, helps to oxygenate the blood and improves recovery time if the muscles were damaged during a training session.

The Alpha Skin construction of the top gives the wearer next-to-skin comfort without having to sacrifice freedom of movement. Ideal for sunny training days, the fabric of the Alpha Skin 360 uses a UV Blocking treatment which will help to protect the skin from harmful UV rays. Another key fabric feature is Climachill technology. This allows the garment to draw excess sweat and moisture away from the body and moves it to outer fabric layers where it can be easily evaporated, leaving the wearer feeling cool and dry as they train. 

The fully bonded and elasticated waist takes comfort to a new level. The elasticated band allows the waist to wrap the body like a second skin without causing a restricted feel and offers a secure fit. The fully bonded seams allow it to sit on the skin without causing any of the chafe and irritation which is commonly caused by large, bulky seams. Reflective detailing has been added to key areas of the tight which will allow the wearer to remain safe and visible as they train in possible lower lighting conditions.
