<p> Constructed using an AirMesh upper, the Solar Boost 19 ST Running Shoes encase each foot in breathable comfort. Airmesh is lightweight and highly breathable for all-temperature comfort. The mesh acts as a lightweight second skin, providing a supportive and comfortable fit. Its perforated construction allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, letting your feet breathe when the temperature starts to rise or your training session heats up. Additionally, Tailored Fibre Placement offers target support around the midfoot. The stitched-in reinforcements ensure support and structure where it is needed to most so you can enjoy a comfortable, supportive fit. A textile lining has also been used on the upper to increase comfort, the lining sits comfortably against the skin and reduces the risks of chafing and irritation from ruining your run.  A Fit Counter has also been added to the Solar Boost to secure the rearfoot whilst allowing for freer movement of the Achilles. Completing the upper is a lace closure system which secures the midfoot so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.</p>

<H5 align="center">Dual Density Boost Midsole</H5>
<p>A lightweight Boost engineered midsole is embedded into the Solar Boost 19 ST. The boost foam compound provides endless energy return from heel strike through to the toe-off phase of the gait cycle. It features hundreds of visible energy capsules that store and unleash endless energy every time your foot hits the ground, meaning that every step is charged. When your heel hits the floor, the boost particles compress and store kinetic energy; as you transition through to mid-stance, the boost particles relax and release their stored energy, which propels you forward with an explosive take off. The boost midsole will change your runs forever, thanks to its energy-returning properties. In addition, when the boost capsules compress to store energy, they cushion the foot from impacts. The boost particles only compress so far, which means that they also provide light support whilst on the road. To make the shoe extra support, the medial side of the boost foam is firmer to ensure added stability that guides the foot from heel-strike to toe-off. A Solar Propulsion Rail works with boost to increase stability for a smooth, distraction-free run. The rail helps to guide the foot through the gait cycle for a more dynamic run and better performances. In addition, a midfoot torsion system moves with the foot for a smooth, supportive transition from landing to push-off. The system exists to increase stability and allow the forefoot and rearfoot to move independently for added protection, control and an easy heel-to-toe transition.</p>

Stretchweb completes the Solar Boost ST by ensuring a flexible and energised ride. The web pattern has a large surface area that flexes naturally for increased ground feel and traction on varied terrain. The stretchweb outsole lowers the amount of pressure that is generated during the footstrike and in turn, lessens the impact on your feet to minimise injury and provide increased performance.
