<H5 align="center">Thin, Breathable Upper</H5>
<p>The materials that the upper of the Duo is constructed with are super thin and lightweight ensuring you have the most comfortable experience when running and racing. The main material used in the upper is mesh as it provides excellent next to feet comfort as well as allows air to fully permeate. The mesh provides a constant supply of fresh, cool air while simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air that resides during intense running.</p>

<p>In addition, sleek looking overlays not only look amazing but also have the job of adding durability and providing structural integrity. The overlays are strategically added to provide an amazing fit as they interlink with the lacing system for superb comfort when tightening the laces. This construction also enhances the fit by preventing in shoe slipping from occurring keeping everything nicely in place while running.</p>

<p>Altra's FootShape Toe Box allows the toes to relax and spread out naturally while allowing the big to remain in a straight position for maximum stability and power. A nubuck pillow tongue provides immense comfort, preventing any pinching spots or irritation that can be caused by the laces, while lastly, a DriLex lining inside the shoe works endlessly to wick sweat and excess moisture to keep your feet cool, dry and comfortable throughout your run.</p>

<H5 align="center">Lightweight Injection Moulded Foam Midsole</H5>
<p>The Injection Moulded foam provides excellent cushioning to weight ratio, keeping your shoes lightweight for racing. The injection moulded foam provides excellent rebound properties by absorbing the impact forces as you strike the ground. Once that energy is harnessed the midsole unit transfers it to the forefoot area where it is used to push you off into your next step, enhancing efficiency and responsiveness.</p>

<p>The midsole additionally features innerflex technology that cuts a grid through the whole midsole unit, essentially providing flex grooves into the midsole. This reduces weight and increases flexibility in the shoe dramatically without sacrificing the cushioning.</p>

<p>Lastly, every Altra shoe features a Zero Drop Platform that places the heel and forefoot the same distance from the ground for natural alignment and low-impact landing. This Zero drop encourages a midfoot/forefoot strike which is the most efficient way to run and prevents injuries in the process.</p>

<p>The outsole of the Duo is constructed from blown rubber. This unique compound is added to high wear areas of the outsole to enhance durability in those areas, allowing you to run at a more intense pace and for longer. the rest of the outsole is covered with full contact rubber which is extremely grippy, giving you the traction you need when road racing. Flex grooves are incorporated within the outsole and allow supper flexibility without sacrificing grip or durability. The flex grooves allow the shoes to move with the foot and flex where the foot naturally flexes for a more comfortable and enjoyable ride.</p>
