Flexion Fit Upper

A Flexion Fit vamp improves protection, using a no-sew PU construction to defend your feet (and shoes) through powerful lateral movements, without adding weight or compromising flexibility. Overlays unite with an external heel counter to promote complete lockdown; they help to anchor you to the midsole, improving stability whilst reducing in-shoe slippage. Two layers of memory foam line the heel collar, moulding to the athlete's foot for a personalised fit. This contoured cradle offers extra stability during harsh, cross-lateral movements; minimising in-shoe slippage for a firm fit and reducing the risk of an ankle injury. An anti-gravel tongue repels kicked-up debris so that you can enjoy distraction-free exercise. The PGuard, a rubber/resin compound, wraps the toes for enhanced durability and protection from toe drag. Asics have designed and integrated their new Dynawall technology. An Ortholite sockliner lies atop a cushy midsole to supply an extra layer of plush and hygienic step-in comfort. A treat for your feet on high-intensity days, the product is enriched with antimicrobial properties plus moisture management and a high level of breathability. SpEVA resides in the midsole to supply lightweight cushioning. 20% more responsive than standard EVA, the rubber/foam compound boasts extreme resilience whilst it infuses every stride with the kind of power you need for a zealous game of tennis. Embedded within the midsole platform, are the Rearfoot and Forefoot GEL Cushioning Systems.
