The Savanna II Women's walking sandals are ideal for summer walks. A great choice of women's walking sandals for coastal walks and strolling through town in the hot weather at home or abroad.


The Savanna II Women's Walking Sandals by Hi-Tech remains both comfortable and technical at the same time. The ergonomic moulded EVA footbed provides incredible underfoot cushioning keep you comfortable and pain-free on long walks. The Contor rubber outsole allows you to grip onto a wide range of rough terrain, keeping you grounded. Two adjustable hook and loop fastening straps around the ankle provide a secure, comfortable and personal fit. Finally, the sandal also offers a large amount of ventilation as the open design keeps you feeling cool and fresh.

About Hi-Tec

Hi-Tec Sports was founded in 1974, in Shoeburyness, Essex, England, by Frank Van Wezel. The company moved its headquarters to Southend-on-Sea, before relocating its head office to Amsterdam.

Hi-Tec Sports USA was started in Modesto, CA in 1978 by Duke and Kathy Jones. They developed the first lightweight hiking boot. This became the main success of Hi-Tec Sports USA. They also developed and named the "Magnum" boot. Duke and Kathy Jones sold their percentage of Hi-Tec Sports USA back to Frank Van Wezel in 1990.

In 1988, the company was floated on the London Stock Exchange. Frank van Wezel bought the company back in 2000. It remains privately held. In 2013, Hi-Tec founder and chairman Frank van Wezel, was awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Business Administration by Anglia Ruskin University.
