<H5 align="center">Inov8 Shoe Fit Scale</H5>
<p>For technical footwear, a good fit is essential to enhance your performance. Inov8's new Shoe Fit Scale makes it easier to find the perfect fitting shoe. All Inov8 shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold, where they differ is in the toe box. The shoes are now graded from 1 to 5, Grade 1 representing their closest, most precise fit and Grade 5 representing the widest fitting toe box.</p>
<p>The lower the number on the scale, the narrower the fit, which ensures minimal internal movement of the foot when running fast on technical terrain. Shoes with the higher numbers on the scale will suit athletes with a wider foot and those wanting that extra comfort in the toe box. This wider toe box allows the toes to splay for increased stability when lifting heavy weights. It's also perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.</p>
<p>Inov8 have graded the TRAILTALON 290 Trail Running Shoes as Grade 4.</p>

<p> Mesh uppers will encase each foot in durable comfort. Perforations in the fabric increase airflow; creating a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. The adapterfit met-cradle molds to the natural movement and swelling of the foot to provide an optimum, locked-in fit and superb comfort. A toe bumper reinforces the shoe's trail-worthy state; defending your feet against roots, rocks and other general hazards. The gusseted tongue and collar unite to supply next-to-skin comfort and an irritation-free fit, because we recognise how rubbing and blisters can ruin your day. Further protection comes from on the shoe gaiter hooks that offer a more secure attachment system that allows you to attach an all-terrain gaiter to the shoe (sold separately)</p>

<p>The Powerflow midsole delivers 10% better shock absorption and 15% better energy return than standard midsole units. The Powerflow works by absorbing the energy caused by shock and impact forces through the heel strike phase of the gait cycle. At this point, the midsole unit transfers the harnessed energy to the forefoot area where it pushes you off into your next step providing exceptional energy return.</p>

<p>The outsole utilises three sticky rubber compounds that increase grip and durability. The hardest, most durable rubber is on the heel where you heel strike as the most force comes through this point. A medium rubber is featured up the centre of the shoes for increased traction with a softer rubber on the edges for grip and security with every stride. Additionally, the outsole offers multi-directional 4mm deep lugs, each with a wide contact area, providing aggressive grip, excellent stability and the quick release of any debris.</p>
