The F-LITE FLY G 295 is the fastest and most responsive F-LITE ever. Designed for explosive speed, grip and comfort, the latest innovation utilises a revolutionary new Graphene-enhanced G-FLY+ foam and strips away the need for a rubber outsole.

Knit Upper

The upper of the F-Lite Fly G 295 is designed to be ultra-flexible and breathable for maximum comfort. The upper is soft against the skin and allows for heat venting through micro-perforations so feet stay feeling and smelling fresh. 3D Knit sections around the midfoot provide added support, locking down the midfoot for increased stability and control. The traditional lacing system allows you to find a comfortable, secure fit, and the flexible upper allows feet to move naturally throughout your workout.

G-FLY+ Midsole and Outsole

The F-Lite Fly G 295 is made with the new G-FLY+ midsole for maximum comfort and energy return. This foam midsole delivers 25% greater energy return than its predecessor, utilising the force of your last step to power you into your next one. This leads to increased stamina and reduced energy loss so you can go harder for longer - great for cardio sessions. A soft foam layer provides comfort and cushioning underfoot, sparing it from unforgiving surfaces and reducing the risk of injury. The boomerang footbed creates greater bounce and speed, helping you achieve your targets with ease. The G-FLY+ foam has been engineered with graphene-enhanced hard-wearing grip properties that connect the athlete with the ground for faster, explosive, and more responsive running. This removes the need for a rubber outsole, cutting down the shoes weight so you can move faster and are guaranteed not the be held down. This grippy material allows you to move around with confidence, knowing you're in control.
