The recycled Texapore Ecosphere shell fabric provides superb climate comfort and delivers reliable protection from the rain and snow. Texapore Oxford fabric is used as it is extremely robust for areas that are most exposed to wear and tear, for extra durability and protection. The waterproofing is 100% PFC-free, so you can wear the Cold Bay Parka with a clear conscience. Texapore ecosphere insulation provides invaluable warmth and comfort. The synthetic insulation traps escaping heat within its fibres to ensure increased warmth when the temperature drops. The warming fabrication reflects body heat for instant warmth on cold days. To ensure added protection on cold winter days, the detachable hood can be used to shield the face in harsh weather. The hood features an adjustable volume and field of vision to ensure a close and comfortable fit that won't affect your vision. The front of the jacket has a full zip, which can easily be adjusted to allow more air to enter and exit the jacket should you get too warm. Alternatively, you can pull the zip up to retain heat even more efficiently.  </p>
