<p>The Merrell Trail Glove 5 Women's Trail Running Shoes are made using a breathable mesh upper; allowing cool air to penetrate the fabric uncomfortable heat build-up is removed from the shoes creating a cool, comfortable environment for your feet to thrive in. Designed with M-Select FRESH Antimicrobial agents to reduce shoe odour, these shoes are made to keep you feeling fresher, for longer. The antimicrobial agents reside in the shoe lining and materials preventing sweat and moisture from affecting the freshness of your shoe by penetrating and disrupting the reproduction of the odour-causing microbes in your shoes. The Hyperlock TPU Film heel counter provides a locked-in feel whilst the traditional lace-up system allows an adjustable fit for added security, keeping your foot in place and eliminating distractions from slipping and rubbing.</p>

<p> Merrell have used their Barefoot 2 technology to provide the perfect barefoot feel with the Trail Glove 5 Shoes. This technology balances an anatomical fit and zero-drop offering the perfect amount of stability and underfoot protection. They have done this by carving out a support zone in the midsole, which cradles the arch while still allowing the foot to flex without restriction and adapt to quick changes in movement providing a natural feel. This system also helps to reduce fatigue, whilst the integrated footbed provides underfoot comfort, so you can go further for longer. A thin layer of EVA foam has also been added to the midsole of the shoes to provide additional comfort and protection when on the trails.</p>

<p>The Trail Glove 5 is a barefoot shoe and has been built with a full forefoot to allow for a more natural foot movement. When compared to the Trail Glove 4, it runs ½ size large. If you're looking for a similar fit to the previous version, we recommend you order a ½ size smaller than your typical size.</p>
