Mizuno Wave Mujin 4 Women's Trail Running Shoes

Find strong protection with this trail shoe, engineered for the extreme. A Michelin rubber outsole, durable upper, and fan-shaped wave combine project and support you on the toughest trails the world has to offer.

Synthetic Mesh Upper

Breathable and cool, the mesh allows each running shoe from Mizuno to maintain a high standard of breathability and comfort of the upper. Additionally, the DynamotionFit system that is added uses highly advanced motion capture and biomechanics technology. Mizuno has developed a design blueprint to engineer shoes that work with your foot throughout the gait cycle.

Wave Midsole

The Wave technology brings you a more supportive and stable shoe, as well as provides a thicker midsole for more cushioning and protection. Lightweight in design, the midsole compound unites with wave technology yielding a much more efficient and smoother ride. Added ESS rock plate offers ultimate protection in the forefoot from debris and from the strenuous terrain. The XtaRide is Mizuno's technical trail concept featuring X lugs and Xta groove, leading to trail shoes that adapt to their surroundings and work in perfect harmony with the body.

Michelin Rubber Outsole

The Michelin Rubber Outsole provides durability and traction. X10 provides extremely durable Mizuno carbon rubber that allows for longer wear in high impact areas and provides more traction at the heel strike. An update of a Michelin outsole works in concert with the X10 to deliver superb grip and traction at all levels.
