Mizuno Wave Polaris Running Shoe

What does it take to Reach Beyond? Your first step is here. Wave Polaris is an incredibly simple, yet effective running shoe for anybody looking to break into the running scene, solo or socially. Modern design and resilience will get you to where you need to go, time and time again. Soft cushioning and durable midsole will help you discover your goals and set you off on the right route.

AIRMesh Upper

Engineered with an AIRMesh upper the Mizuno Wave Polaris Running Shoe boasts a high standard of breathability; allowing cool air to permeate the fabric, uncomfortable heat build-up is removed and moisture vapour is encouraged to escape to maintain a healthy environment feet can thrive in. The Soft Wave construction offers a secure fit wrapping the foot for a locked-down feel to reduce in shoe slippage, with additional synthetic overlays and heel wrap providing lateral support and increasing stability. A plush, cushioned collar eliminates uncomfortable chafing and rubbing from hard edges. The traditional lace closure secures the midfoot for a secure, locked-in feel. The modern and minimal design of the upper offers sleek style so you'll look as good as you'll feel.

Wave Midsole

The Wave midsole is a unique technology that provides both cushioning and stability. The shape of it means that the energy created from strikes below are dispersed evenly, which makes landing feel more stable and cushioned. The U4CIX is ultra-lightweight providing high performance without compromising comfort, delivering cushioning that gives back and keeps you quick on your feet. A high-grade, premium insock provides hygienic comfort. The removable insock offers breathability, wicking moisture away from the skin for cool, comfort, whilst providing additional cushioning. Finished with a lower heel offset, the Mizuno Wave Polaris Running Shoe is ideal for everyday training.

X-10 Outsole

A durable carbon rubber compound, Mizuno's X-10 outsole allows for longer wear on rough surfaces than other outsoles. This increases the longevity of the shoe, as it will also retain its shape and strength.

About Mizuno
