<p>The Tor shorts from Montane are made from Granite Lite, a lightweight nylon stretch fabric that combines outstanding wind and abrasion resistance with a structured wicking inner face - resulting in tough, protective shorts that keep you dry and fresh, all whilst offering full freedom of movement. The moisture-wicking technology, where sweat molecules are moved from the skin to the surface of the garment, offers outstanding cooling during intense walks. The shorts also feature a durable water repellancy (DWR) coating, which sheds rain away from the fabric, keeping you dry and comfortable during adverse conditions.</p>

<p>The shorts are equipped with a microfleece-lined waistband with a press stud and button closure. This is very comfortable to wear, as well as being easy to take on and off, which can be crucial when out in the mountains. Two front hand pockets are fitted for the safe storage of valuables, with an extra zipped security pocket inside one of these pockets, to secure your most essential items. A zipped thigh pocket completes this storage, resulting in a short that is ideal for carrying important objects during a climb. The shorts feature a UPF rating of 50+.
