<p>Constructed using a mesh upper, the New Balance 520v6 Running Shoes ensures optimal breathability and comfort. Additionally, cool air is encouraged to circulate, creating a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive. Smooth synthetic overlays also feature on the upper to provide added support and protection. The overlays swathe the midfoot to ensure a supportive and secure fit whilst also providing added durability so your new shoe will last you even longer. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.</p>

<p>EVA exists in the midsole to provide plush underfoot cushioning and support to ensure an energized and comfortable ride. The EVA compound resides in the midsole to guarantee optimal cushioning and comfort with each and every stride. The midsole improves comfort, performance and responsiveness to deliver plush underfoot cushioning with ample reinforcement to lessen the impact placed on the joints during exercise. This significantly reduces the wear and tear, as well as minimising the potential risk of injury. Completing the midsole is a new balance comfort insert which works with the EVA to ensure an abundance of comfort. <p>A durable rubber outsole completes the New Balance 520v6, supplying a sticky grip for multi-directional traction. The rubber is able to withstand damage from uneven terrain to give you added confidence when out running. In addition to this, the rubber can create a solid bond of friction with a variety of different surfaces, crucial for control as you race around the roads. This will reduce the risk of injury from slipping or rolling your ankle, as you will be held in a firm and upright position. Lastly, multi-directional grooves and lugs will further increase traction, as they are strategically placed, assisting with acceleration, braking and changes of direction.</p>
