<p>Flymesh uppers will encase each foot in streamlined comfort. Perforations in the fabric increase airflow to create a better, healthier environment for your feet to win in. Dynamic Fit technology uses Flywire cables to provide a total lockdown fit; the cables integrate with the lacing system and internal arch band to eliminate millimetres of movement with each stride, reducing in-shoe slippage so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free speed. Collar lobes cradle the heel, contributing towards the firm-fitting environment of the Spike-Flat Track Spikes. The tongue construction is notched at the top and sides to alleviate chafing, because we know how that can get you down, plus it drapes securely across the foot. </p> 

<H5 align="center"> Cushlon ST Midsole </H5>
<p> Cushlon ST resides in the midsole; a lighter variant of regular Cushlon, it's ideal for racing flats. This soft and springy platform helps to spare your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces, and it increases bounce-back to let you run harder, or for longer. Nike Zoom Air features under the heel to supply your stride with extra bounce; it combines pressurised air with internal fibres to deliver responsive cushioning that springs back fast, so you can move faster. Zoom Air's advantage is that, as well as providing excellent impact protection, it boasts a super lightweight and low-profile design which lets your feet sit closer to the ground, enhancing proprioception so that you can run more efficiently. Below the midsole, rests a TPU midfoot shank. Implemented to deliver a propulsive sensation and increased torsional rigidity, it extends to the forefoot and helps to minimise energy loss during toe bend without increasing demand on the calf, turning the pressure of each stride into power for the next. </p>


<H5 align="center">Spike Plate Outsole</H5>
<p> For optimum grip and traction, four spikes have been incorporated into the outsole alongside a horizontal traction pattern for heightened grip and durability. Having an array of spikes within the outsole enables a full, unrestricted range of motion in all directions so you can maximise performance coupled with added flexibility. A waffle outsole completes the shoe, supplying multi-directional grip across wet and dry ground. Sticky rubber covers the forefoot to offer traction and comfort at toe-off, while solid rubber adorns the rearfoot to increase its durability; resisting the traumas of heel-strike to prolong the life of your new favourite race buddy. A crash rail on the lateral side of the outsole acts as a durable cushioning device at contact; segmented to enhance flexibility, it promotes an even shift from heel-strike through to toe-off.</p>

<p>**You don't want to feel your toe cramped up against the front of the shoe. A spike should feel like it was meant for your foot, a little more snug than a training shoe feels so we would recommend half a size up on normal shoes**</p>
