Incredibly strong Flywire cables work together with the laces to wrap your foot in snug stability, helping to keep the shoe in place as you move so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free exercise. A midfoot strap further enhances the lockdown fit of the spike, diminishing millimetres of movement with each stride. Sprint-and-jump-specific synthetic overlays cradle the foot in increased durability and lightweight support. </p>

<p> EVA resides in the midsole to supply resilient underfoot comfort. Light in weight and low in profile, it spares your joints as you sprint down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. A wedge under the heel supplements the cushioning, enhancing shock attenuation at heel-strike. </p>

<p> A Pebax plate in the forefoot features six removable spikes, which produce optimal traction during the approach. <p>**You don't want to feel your toe cramped up against the front of the shoe. A spike should feel like it was meant for your foot, a little more snug than a training shoe feels so we would recommend half a size up on normal shoes**</p>
