<H5 align="center">Lightweight Mesh Upper</H5>
<p>Nearly 18% more breathable than the Metcon 5, this version has lightweight mesh that keeps air flowing and your foot cool. The durable screen print reinforces the mesh from toe to heel ensuring long-lasting durability to supplement the firm and adaptive feel of the shoe, without sacrificing breathability. Promoting lockdown and improving stability, the Metcon 6 works to protect your feet through harsh training sessions by ensuring resilience and strength as you power through any workout. The lightweight yet durable textured print protects your feet during any workout whilst perforations in the fabric increase airflow, creating a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. On the heel, a strong TPU compound has been used to reinforce the Metcon's suitability for high-intensity workouts. The TPU works to resist abrasion allowing you to wall sit, lift and lunge with complete confidence. Completing the upper is a lacing system which ensures midfoot support so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.</p>

<H5 align="center">Dual-Density Midsole</H5>
<p> A specially designed dual-density foam midsole ensures comfort, support, and durability for a variety of training sessions. A firmer foam has been used under the heel for a secure feel whilst a softer foam has been used in the forefoot to ensure an abundance of cushioning for high-impact moves. Firmer cushioning is needed in the heel to support your feet during weightlifting and inundate shocks when you strike down hard whereas, softer cushioning in the forefoot ensures added comfort in during high-intensity workouts. A low, flat and wide heel now features a removable Hyperlift insert that adds offset to help improve stability for squats, wall balls and thrusters. The hyperlift insert ensures an additional 8mm lift for men and 6mm for women to further improve overall stability. The higher offset helps you to maintain heel-to-ground contact and balance, which can create strong stability during heavy lifts as well as high-rep squats, wall balls, thrusters and even rowing. The hyperlift insert can be removed for general training activities and inserted to provide stability for squats and lifting. The insert allows the metcon to be a shoe for all training activities meaning you can leave that extra pair of weightlifting shoes at home; it is also compatible with all prior versions of the Metcon.</p>

<p> Developed using a directional outsole, the Nike Metcon 6 Training Shoes increase underfoot traction for a wide range of training activities. Ensuring a strong and stable base, the outsole wraps around the side of the midfoot from the added grip when climbing a rope and speed when sliding back down. Increasing traction, the rubber provides stable footing when moving from one place to the next. This is ideal for tough workouts, gym sessions, and classes where you typically make a lot of sharp, aggressive and lateral movements. The solid rubber keeps you connected to the floor and allows for smoother, stabler transitions. Providing excellent grip and stability, the outsole of the Metcon is specifically designed to withstand the demands and pressures of cross training and weightlifting.
