Sprayway Kara Women's Leggings

A blend of natural Merino wool fibres and synthetic polyester fibres will guarantee warmth and fast-drying clothing to keep you in comfort all day long in the Sprayway Kara Women's Leggings.

The leggings use a blend of 50% Merino wool and 50% synthetic polyester to provide you with a warm and reactive legging. Merino wool has fine fibres which make the feel of it supremely soft and comfortable when in direct contact with the skin. As well as this, it has an excellent warmth to weight ratio which will keep you at a comfortable temperature on the coldest of days. Paired with the synthetic polyester, this will mean that when you begin to sweat or the material becomes wet, the fabric will wick the moisture away. Once wicked away from it, it will then dry off extremely quickly, returning the leggings to their original weight and feel. The leggings also offer exceptional breathability. As you begin to exercise or become more active, the muscles will start to work and warm-up. The warm air that starts to build up within the tights is able to escape out, where it is then replaced by cooler air from outside. This constant process will keep you feeling ventilated and comfortable over a long period of time. Within the leggings, the seams are all flat-lying, and this will reduce the risk of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing. A wide elastane waistband will sit comfortably for a personalised fit. Articulated knees will allow you to make a wide range of unrestricted movements, allowing you to adventure in comfort and confidence. Naturally anti-microbial and odour resistant, the leggings will prevent the growth of bacteria, keeping you smelling and feeling fresh.

About SPRAYWAY

Founded in 1974 by two outdoor enthusiasts in Manchester, England, the brand quickly became one of Britain's leading outdoor clothing companies. Sprayway has been keeping the British public warm, dry and comfortable in all conditions ever since. From humble beginnings out of a garage in Chorlton, Manchester; to kitting out arctic explorers and National Park rangers. Sprayway has been keeping the British public warm, dry and comfortable since 1974.

John Hunt and Simon Wright initially began making sailing clothing as a natural extension of their passion for competitive dinghy sailing. They were also keen mountaineers and recognised a lack of solid, durable and waterproof climbing clothing at the time. Driven on by the famous Manchester climate surrounding them, the two began manufacturing coated waterproof jackets. By 1982, the brand had launched its first GORE-TEX jacket, the Snipe and in 1983 became the first company to machine tape non-GORE-TEX waterproof clothing, named the Hydro-dry range. Hydro-dry remains an integral technology to this day.

Now in its 40th year, the SPRAYWAY brand continues to use innovative fabrics across a wide range of products and continues to produce garments which utilise cutting edge technology whilst remaining true to their Mancunian roots.
