<p>Constructed using a combination of suede and Full-grain leather, the Sorel Explorer Joan Walking Boots offer a wider range of protection to help you gain the maximum from your footwear. The soft leather ensures long-lasting comfort yet provides ample protection from loose debris and rocks. The durable nature of the leather minimises the risks of wear and tear leaving you with a boot you can truly rely on. Designed to increase support the leather ensures an optimum secure fit for all-day wear; it also keeps you warm and dry when the mercury drop by blocking out moisture to ensure your feet remain dry in all conditions. The waterproof leather works with the waterproof membrane to ensures you are ready for whatever is thrown your way as you explore the unbeaten path. As well as this, the membrane is highly breathable meaning whilst keeping you dry it also works to increases ventilation so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. A breathable construction creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. Furthermore, the Explorer Joan features a 100g insulation lining which works to keep you toasty and warm on cold weather days. The 100g insulation is excellent at trapping in escaping heat to ensure your feet remain warm in the coldest of climates. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.</p>

<H5 align="center">EVA Midsole</H5>
<p>A full-length platform of moulded EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Towards the top, the EVA is extremely spongey and cushioned, which will bring lasting comfort that will reduce the stress placed on joints like the knees and ankles. This will, as a result, reduce the risk of injuries and the effects of fatigue. Towards the bottom, the EVA is firmer, and this will instantly absorb shocks from the uneven surface below, protecting the sole of the feet from damage. The firm sides on the midsole will also provide protection to the foot and to the boot in general, stopping superficial damage from occurring. The midsole also features a removable moulded footbed which increases underfoot cushioning, it also features a microfleece top cover which works to wick moisture away from the skin for quick evaporation.</p>
