Amy Bisazza has been practising yoga for over 14 years and teaching for 6 years, she is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher and trained as a Hatha Yoga teacher with the Yoga Academy in 2007. She is also attuned to Reiki Master level and leads New Moon Gong Meditations and Reiki attunement workshops.
She teaches Restorative, Hatha, Gong meditation, Kundalini and Yoga to children and trained with leading pregnancy yoga teacher trainer, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, at the Life Centre, in pre-natal and post-natal yoga.
Emily Wilson has been practicing Pilates for 13 years and teaching in Brighton and Hove since 2006. Emily is a trained contemporary dancer and also teaches A Level Dance at BHASVIC College. On the A Level Dance course she teaches choreography, dance history/analysis, contemporary dance technique and anatomy and physiology.
Emily’s classes always incorporate small equipment such as flex-bands, foam rollers, balls and circles to add variety to the classical Pilates repertoire. Emily teaches a wide range of classes from complete beginners to dynamic advanced, pregnancy, back care, private 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates.
Lucy McCrickard is a Nutritionist who offers a friendly, common sense and realistic approach to healthy eating, which is both non-judgemental and supportive. Most importantly, it is realistic and tailored to fit with personal health goals and lifestyle to help develop a positive relationship with food.
Margarita Bennett is a Personal Trainer, Stott Pilates Instructor and Core Stability Specialist. Margarita has a keen interest in medicine as well as postural and rehabilitational issues. She helps you to achieve your goals in a healthy and fun way through fitness and nutrition and highlights any postural issues you may have so as to aid in preventing and or improving any muscular or skeletal issues you may suffer from. Her training follows a rehabilitational emphasis so every exercise you do will always have a postural focus.
Neilon Pitamber is a Brighton based Personal Trainer, AcroYoga teacher (the first in Brighton), Kung Fu instructor and Thai yoga massage therapist. The main focus in his personal training sessions is on strength using classic compound strength training as well as advanced core training. The result is flexible strength that enables everyday movement as well as more challenging activity such as skiiing, climbing, running or fun stuff like acrobatics, handstands or tricks on the pull up bar.
Rob Jones is a seasoned personal trainer, outdoor fitness guru and kettlebell addict hailing from Brighton. He couples his wealth of experience in training for distance running races, swims, triathlons and outdoor assault course events together with expert knowledge gained as a qualified advanced personal trainer, extreme kettlebell instructor and outdoor fitness instructor to help people of all ages and fitness levels get stronger, fitter, healthier and, not to mention, happier!
