COROS PACE 4 Pro GPS Sport Watch (Silicone Strap)

The new COROS PACE 4 Pro offers athletes across all endurance sports a high-performance watch that's easy to read during a hard run, has enough battery life to track weeks of workouts on a single charge, and uses an ultra-fast processor for highly responsive mapping and navigation.

Battery Life and Watch Face

Outlast your longest workout with a battery life you can depend on, even during the most demanding sessions or ultra-marathons. Thanks to the efficient power consumption of the latest satellite signal system design, the PACE 4 Pro offers a remarkable 21-day battery life during regular use, alongside an impressive 60-hour battery life in GPS mode. It also charges from zero to full capacity in under two hours. The PACE 4 Pro utilises COROS' biggest display yet, with a 1.47-inch AMOLED display combined with a Sapphire glass touchscreen lens that ensures clarity and ease of use. Navigation is enhanced by two side buttons and a digital dial, while the lightweight, high-strength titanium bezel provides exceptional durability.

GPS Features

With all five major satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS), the PACE 4 Pro keeps you on track no matter what you choose to undertake or where you choose to go. The watch supplies you with pinpoint accuracy, with an improved satellite chipset that has All-Systems and Dual-Frequency modes for superior tracking, whether you're running through city streets or travelling backcountry trails. The watch can give you exact GPS coordinates, air pressure and estimated elevation to give you a clearer location.

Built-In Microphone

A built-in microphone enables you to record voice pins and use them for commands when saving your location. The microphone also allows you to record training logs and training details with the microphone directly after the workout is finished.

Navigation Functions

Allowing you to find freedom and adventure, the PACE 4 Pro features navigation functions to keep you on the right path. This allows you to access maps right from your watch quickly and easily, so there are no limits on your adventures. Landscape and Topo map layers, along with trail and street names, help simplify the planning of your runs or hikes. These allow you to get checkpoints, back-to-start information, and Turn-by-Turn navigation for easily navigating saved, pre-uploaded routes. Off-course alerts ensure you don't stray from the trail path, with back-to-start directions should the path ahead be blocked. The digital dial makes it easy to zoom in and out of your map, while the touchscreen allows you to drag the map with your finger.

Sensors and Heart Rate Monitoring

The heart rate technology allows you to monitor your heart rate without the need for a chest strap. Its redesigned heart rate sensor features larger LEDs and a more secure fit, which minimises spikes and drops, providing more reliable data. This technology can indicate your resting heart rate in comparison to your active heart rate, and it also includes an integrated ECG for optimal information. In addition to counting steps, the watch uses the heart rate data to assess recovery speed after intense workouts and determine how prepared your body is to take on the stressors of the day. The watch has a Pulse Oximeter to measure the level of oxygen carried through your blood, so you can see how well your body absorbs oxygen when you sleep. This will help you monitor your sleep and its quality so you can gauge how well you sleep. The watch uses this data to evaluate your recent exercise history and performance indicators to let you know if you're training productively, peaking, or overreaching. It can also view your overall training load, which measures your exercise volume from the last seven days and compares it to the optimal range for your fitness and recent training history. The watch also allows you to view your entire week of daily suggested workouts, which adapt after every run to match your performance and recovery.

Activity Profiles

The watch is designed for all your favourite sports and activities, featuring a variety of activity modes that enable you to track multisport adventures. The PACE 4 Pro allows you to monitor and enhance your performance across a wide range of sports, including running, cycling, swimming, water sports, fitness and aerobic exercises, skiing, and many other activities. The product uses the Athlete-First Ecosystem, which works on the COROS app to provide essential insights and tools you need to perform at your best, including Training Status, custom workouts, detailed activity summaries and more. You can utilise your watch as a virtual pacer to help you stay on track. This can be achieved by either setting a distance and pace goal, which will alert you if you fall outside your target time, or by establishing a pace goal without a specified end distance, allowing you to run against a virtual pacer at your desired pace. The app enables you to pre-plan training sessions or routes and create and edit routes which are already saved.

Connectivity

With built-in storage, COROS are putting the "beat" in your daily mission to improve on yesterday. You can play your favourite music or podcast directly from your watch and listen on your Bluetooth headphones or speakers. An impressive update to the watch is its ability to save up to 32GB of data to keep you focused on your next activity. With Bluetooth connectivity, the watch can be connected to heart rate monitors, power meters, foot pods and other accessories using the standard BLE protocol.
