Deuter Trail 20 SL Women's Backpack
The Trail 20 SL is Deuter's lowest-volume, female-specific fitting backpack within the new Trail series. It's the perfect pack for alpine hikers and climbers that need a close-fitting, ventilated pack.
Utilising Deuter's Aircontact Trail System, allows you to carry your heavy load with ease. The body contact system brings the weight of the pack close to the body, and close to the centre of gravity. Doing this results in full pack control and an effective load transfer. The Aircontact cushioning is made from special hollow chamber foam, which provides fantastic ventilation due to the pump effect caused by every movement. This means that up to 15% less perspiration is provided than with a standard compact back system, and is combined with exceptionally load transfer and perfectly balanced fit. Providing anatomically shaped 3D AirMesh shoulder straps with load adjustment straps also sit comfortably on your body, and equally bare the load of your pack.
Alongside the outstanding technologies used, the backpack also has mesh hip wings that fold away when you don't need them. The flexible Delrin U-frame will fit and sit against you comfortably, and the body-hugging fit of the Aircontact Trail System also means you get full load control of your pack. The bag has a zipped front compartment which is perfect for storing maps and any other items you may need to grab quickly and easily. A two-way zip on the front of the garment allows direct access to items that are well buried within, even when the lid of the pack is closed. The lid also has internal pockets for valuables and a zipped pocket, as well as a stretched side pocket, which all provide a variety of storage solutions. There is an extra storage space given for wet clothes, giving you somewhere to let them dry when you're on the move. There are also loops throughout for storing a range of necessary hiking, alpine or mountaineering equipment. A detachable rain cover provides some water protection during rainy weather, and the H2O opening means the garment is Hydration System Compatible. Finally, to protect your bag from water and dirt and increasing the lifespan of your bag, there is a PFC-Free coating included.
