Gregory Targhee 26 Backpack
With features and attachments that make it perfect for alpine adventures, the Gregory Targhee 26 Backpack is the perfect companion on the pistes or in snowy days out.
Built to provide you with exceptional space to carry all your essential items in, this version can carry up to 26 litres within it. Constructed with 210D 6.6 High Density Ripstop Nylon and 1000D Cordura Nylon, this makes the bag extremely tough and durable, able to stand up against forces. The back panel's main pocket opening has a secure zip which is easily opened to accessed and closed to secure. This means that you are quickly able to gain entry and grab whatever you need in a short space of time. Within the main pocket there is a lot of space to carry warmer clothes, supplies and safety equipment. The back opens up so you can have a good level of access to all of the items within the backpack. An additional top zippered and accessory pocket will allow you to carry other essential supplies, especially smaller items. For emergency situations, the backpack has an avalanche safety pocket with tool organisation, which can carry essential tools and information cards. There is also a safety whistle that is integrated into the backpack, which can be used should you need to attract the attention of someone. At the bottom of the bag, there is a dual-layered panel which will add durability to the bag, keeping the bottom of it extremely strong. The backpack has an internal hydration sleeve, which will allow you to quickly access water should you need it.
The backpack uses VertFlex suspension, vertical stability that will make heavy loads sit comfortably and won't ride around on your back. To further enhance this, the backpack has a perimeter frame which will improve torsional flexibility as well as stabilising the backpack. The straps are soft and insulated, which will feel comfortable and also keep you feeling warm. The compression moulded back-panel is designed in a way that will shed snow off it, keeping you warm and comfortable. A hip belt can secure the fit around the waist, whilst there are further pockets to store things in. There is a lightweight and durable bungee ice tool system which has aluminium toggles and a pick sleeve, preparing you for harsh conditions. The A-frame ski and splitboard carry has heavy duty loops which will allow you to take skis off and carry them on the bag, removing the hassle of having to carry them with your hands. There is also a diagonal front ski carry and front snowboards and snow shoe carry, which will again mean that these items can be attached to the bag. Glove-friendly top compression buckles can be secured without having to take any kit off. Finally, the backpack has an adjustable helmet carry, which when not in use can be stored in the front zippered pocket.
