Mizuno Enerzy XP Lightweight Midsole
The midsole has been loaded with cutting edge technology to ensure lightweight, responsive steps that will provide you with that flying feeling and results to match. The midsole is constructed from double-layered Mizuno Enerzy XP Lightweight peba foam that delivers softness, energy return, and lightness. It spares your joints as you strike down and converts the energy into rebound, pushing you into your next step, helping you go further, faster with less effort. It is also super light, shaving off the grams for speed-centric performance. Sandwiched between these layers is the Smooth Speed Plate, an innovative 3D full-length carbon plate to effectively enhance running efficiency. G3 Outsole
The outsole is made from G3 PU resin and delivers excellent grip and traction to support speed running. It is lightweight, meaning you won't be weighed down despite its grip, and the outsole has been engineered with shapes specific to the rear foot and forefoot to assist with landings, toe-offs and turns.
