Using insights from runners like you, we prioritized functionality to refresh our Stride essentials. This lightweight mid-layer top has been designed to help reduce chafing and improve breathability. It's sweat-wicking and helps block out UV rays, so you can focus on your pace.

Designed with Nike's Dri-FIT technology integrated into it, the Stride Top ensures dry and cool comfortability through any activity. Moisture is effectively wicked away from the skin to minimise irritation and create the perfect body temperature to keep pushing onwards. To boost cooling breathability, mesh panelling has been implemented into the design and located on the underarms, helping air to circulate effectively in areas where heat sticks. The quarter zip design also helps air to flow better, with quick release of warmth when simply unzipped. Nike have utilised Raglan sleeves to reduce underarm chafing but also to maximise mobility, letting you bend and stretch in any way required without restriction. To hold the sleeves in place, updated thumbholes have been added, this extends coverage and prevents the sleeves from moving. The fabric is also highly protective from harmful UV rays, meaning you can work out under the blazing sun without and worry. When the sun goes down, continue pushing onwards as reflective detailing has been added to improve visibility in low light conditions.
