Premium Mesh Upper
The upper of the Voyage Nitro 3 DISC has been created using a premium mesh upper and water-repellent shroud to offer optimum breathability and weather protection. The fabric allows cool air to flow, whilst hot, muggy air escapes, providing cooling sensations as you move for a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive. The upper has been coated with a water-repellent finish to protect feet in light rain or snow showers. The shoes include Puma PWRTAPE on the instep, which has been designed to provide structure and support for the foot, reducing in-shoe movement for a comfortable locked-in feel. The shoe's upper is completed with a zip closure to allow your feet to slide into the shoes easily. This has been combined with Puma's premium DISC lacing system that wraps the foot and provides a precise lockdown for a secure feel on any terrain.
Nitrofoam Midsole
The midsole of the Voyage Nitro 3 DISC has been created using Puma's Nitrofoam. This nitrogen-infused foam is lightweight and springy, providing high energy return and responsiveness. Infusing nitrogen into the foam, Puma has expanded the midsole, making the shoe extremely comfortable underfoot whilst providing maximum propulsion with each step, letting you run further and faster with ease. The foam will propel you forward, helping you to hit those PBs, while absorbing shocks and negative impact forces as you strike hard, unforgiving surfaces. This reduces stress on the joints and the risk of injury.
PUMAGRIP ATR Outsole
Ensuring outstanding grip on all your trail surfaces, the Voyage Nitro 3 DISC utilise a PUMAGRIP ATR outsole to provide traction across even more adverse conditions, including icy trails. This durable outsole supports you on the tricky trail routes and works alongside the 4mm PWRADAPT floating lugs for enhanced grip. PWRADAPT allows the lugs to move independently with the ground for best traction on multi-terrain and in multiple weather conditions. Forefoot drainage ports have been integrated so the shoes dry quicker, keeping you comfortable on those longer runs.
