Ultraweave Upper

Made from premium lightweight Ultraweave materials and engineered to provide optimum breathability, the Fast-RB Nitro Elite 2 has a built-in four-way stretch design that reduces weight and allows the foot to move comfortably, providing a perfect sock-like fit. Providing optimum durability and outstanding levels of breathability, the material allows a constant supply of airflow to travel through the shoes, keeping your feet fresh during active periods. Not only that, but the upper is highly durable thanks to its construction, leaving you with shoes that are built to last. The minimal tongue prevents irritation caused by rubbing, while the padded heel collar sits close to the ankle for increased comfort. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system, which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a secure and stable fit.

Nitrofoam Elite Midsole

The Fast-RB Nitro Elite 2 has been engineered using Puma's Nitro Elite Foam. This nitrogen-infused foam is lighter and springier, for increased energy return and responsiveness compared to other Puma foams. To increase underfoot cushioning and race-day comfort, Puma has increased the stack height. This will delay fatigue, keeping you running faster for longer. Puma has expanded their midsole, infusing nitrogen into the foam, making the shoes extremely comfortable underfoot whilst providing maximum propulsion with each step. The foam propels you forward, helping you to hit those PBs while absorbing shocks and negative impact forces as you strike hard, unforgiving surfaces. This reduces stress on the joints and the risk of injury. The foam works alongside two carbon-fibre PWRPLATEs that enhance energy return and forward propulsion, keeping you focused on your target. The plates help stabilise the midsole and provide powerful propulsion, maximum bounce and elite efficiency.

PUMAGRIP Outsole

The shoe utilises Puma's durable performance rubber compound, PUMAGRIP technology, to provide feet with all-surface traction and support across changing running conditions. The ultra-lightweight outsole delivers outstanding grip at minimal weight while optimising traction even on wet surfaces. The outsole has strategically placed rubber that works to form a solid bond with the ground below, whether it be wet or dry roads or pavements, thus providing you with a firm base to push from and encouraging a more efficient gait cycle.
