Scarpa Mojito Wrap Men's Walking Shoes
The Mojito Wrap is an urban outdoor shoe inspired by the climbing world. It features a great new hand-applied strap and the traditional iconic Mojito lacing system.
Evolo Suede Upper
Supplying your feet with a perfect amount of protection, comfort and style, the Mojito Wrap Walking Shoes utilise a regenerated Evolo leather upper. The uppers are extremely durable and breathable, ensuring you remain comfortable when clocking up the miles. The suede has been created using an innovative process that uses recycled production waste without losing quality. To provide your feet with an additional layer of protection, the shoes include a toe and heel rand, which are particularly useful when adventuring in arduous terrain where debris, rocks, and other obstacles may cause problems or potential discomfort. Integrated into the upper is a hand-applied strap on the tongue that combines with the traditional Mojito lace-up structure, providing your feet with a locked-in, secure fit and keeping you focused on the journey ahead. Completing the upper is an ActivFit System, which provides an optimised feel with space for toes to splay, and feet to relax without feeling cramped.
EVA Midsole
To ensure you have a good level of underfoot cushioning and protection, the hiking shoes have a medium-density EVA midsole compound. The midsole section helps prevent injuries and joint stress by absorbing the impact that often occurs when stepping onto uneven terrain, keeping you comfortable and allowing you to remain focused on the trail ahead.
PRESA Outsole
The PRESA sole is made with a high-grip and durable compound, pronounced heel and hiking-oriented lugs, which promote braking on descents and grip on climbs. This will keep you in control when taking on technical paths and trails. The rubber is abrasion-resistant, retaining its shape and definition even when tested on hard, rough surfaces. In addition, the IKS (Interactive Kinetic System) technology, characterised by shock-absorbing areas (domes), progressively and specifically supports body weight during mountain activities. Working alongside this, the shoes have a URBANGUM rubber compound, providing grip and durability.
