ASICS Superblast 3 Running Shoes
The SUPERBLAST 3 shoe helps to provide a supercharged feel underfoot, thanks to its advanced foam updates. The midsole has been updated with FF LEAP cushioning. The foam composition is influenced by METASPEED models, a lightweight formulation that meets bouncy properties that are functional for everyday running.
Engineered Woven Upper
Wrapping your feet with breathable comfort, the ASICS Superblast 3 has been created with an engineered woven upper. The upper encourages air to flow in and out of the shoes, providing constant breathability and ventilation and helping regulate temperature, keeping feet cool and comfortable throughout your run. The gusseted tongue with wing fit system is combined with an updated eyelet system to provide better lockdown through the midfoot fit and reduce tongue sliding. The upper also features a traditional lacing system that allows you to adjust the fit and reduce in-shoe movement for a distraction-free run. Completing the Superblast 3 are reflective details which enhance visibility in low-light conditions, allowing you to train morning and night.
FF Turbo Leap and FF Blast Plus Midsole
The Superblast 3 midsole receives a massive update, already extremely lightweight and responsive, the shoes now utilise an FF Turbo Leap and FF Blast Plus foams. The first layer features the all-new FF Turbo Leap cushioning, ASICS lightest and bounciest foam composition, which is 33% lighter and 13% more responsive than FF BLAST technology, making it highly responsive, while providing high levels of energy return. Upon every step, the midsole compresses before quickly bouncing back to its original shape, providing an explosive response. The midsole will also provide cushioning to take weight off the joints, like the knees and ankles. The second layer comprises FF Blast Plus, which provides lightweight impact absorption and a responsive rebound for optimal energy return, so you can push further for longer whilst reducing the chance of injury.
ASICSGRIP Outsole
Outstanding grip and traction are guaranteed with the ASICSGRIP outsole. Keeping you anchored to the ground beneath you will improve efficiency, making sure that every second counts. The rubber can form a solid grip on surfaces beneath you for complete control in all conditions. Additionally, the rubber is extremely tough and abrasion-resistant, meaning it will maintain its shape and definition over a long period. The sole's trampoline-inspired design promotes a higher energy return for an enhanced bounce effect during toe-off.
