Klattermusen Jolner Jacket
The Jolner jacket is a 3-layer Cutan shell jacket made for ski mountaineering and is ensures freedom of movement and flexibility.
The jacket has Cutan fabrics, which is a proprietary Klattermusen waterproof and ventilation technology, allowing better performance and sustainability. The fabrics are both soft and super stretchy consisting of three layers; an inside fabric in polyester, a waterproof polyester membrane in the middle and an outer fabric that has Recycled Polyester. The three fabric layers are laminated together into one single fabric. Focused on keeping you ventilated and comfortable the jacket has specific ventilated fabrics, with zipped pockets that assist in keeping you fresh. The outer of the fabric is waterproof, with untaped seams for maximum breathability, providing some protection against rain, and keeping you cool when you're under pressure. Alongside this, the jacket has an integrated Recco System, which makes you searchable by professional rescuers who are equipped with Recco detectors in the event of an avalanche accident, or if you are lost whilst outdoors. This equipment does not need activating or powering on for it to function. With safety in mind, the integrated hood in this jacket is helmet-compatible, providing you coverage and keeping you protected when climbing. The 3D adjustable hood, also means you can make any necessary adjustments to the fit, ensuring you are covered from the wind and rain, keeping you cosy. The jacket has DuraCoat reinforced shoulder and sleeves for exceptional durability in places that are highly wearable. A zipped safety pocket means you can keep your valuable close and safe, and an inside card holder keeps your cards secure, as well as, hand pockets which mean you can keep your hands cosy, or will even provide ventilation if you're too warm. The placement of the pockets in the Jolner jacket have been adjusted for compatibility with a backpack, keeping you comfortable and able to access them with ease. Finally, A slanted zipper and soft chin guard ensure comfort and prevent nipping from occurring.
