Constructed from Pertex Quantum Air, the Eiger Nordwand Flex Air Hybrid has outstanding air permeability, providing the perfect balance between windproof rating and breathability. The outer fabric is also super durable to keep you shielded from the changing conditions on your adventures. Working alongside this, the jacket has Polartec Alpha Direct insulation for optimum heat retention and enhanced breathability to accompany you on stop-start activities. The combination of materials provides you with a super warm, yet highly breathable construction to keep you focused on your performance, and excellent thermal regulation keeps you at the perfect temperature. The sides, back and forearms feature Polartec Power Grid, which is moisture-wicking to remove excess sweat and moisture, whilst remaining stretchy to allow for a full range of movement without restrictions holding you back. A Polartec Fresh Face treatment has been added to prevent the growth of odour-causing microbes, keeping the jacket feeling and smelling fresher for longer. A full-length YKK VISLON front zip assists in putting the jacket on and off, and can also be used to control ventilation, while a fitted hood fits under a helmet and extends coverage to keep you shielded in changing conditions. A climbing-specific pattern features for an articulated fit and increased mobility, with elasticated hem and cuffs enhancing comfort. Two chest pockets with YKK coil zips offer ample space to store essential items, and finally, the jacket can be packed into the chest pocket for easy transportation when not in use.
