Suede Leather Upper
To supply your feet with a high level of protection and support, the Yokota Polar Waterproof have a suede leather upper construction. The materials have a durable composition, meaning protection is ensured throughout. The materials have a seam-sealed construction which works to seal out water as well as let moisture escape. This means that feet will remain dry, even during tough winter conditions, and a faux-fur collar and fleece lining further add warmth to the boots, whilst also remaining comfortable against your ankles. The boots also have 200 grams of lightweight, low-bulk insulation to keep you comfortable and cosy. This combination of materials makes the boots extremely prepared for wintery conditions. A traditional lace-up closure provides you with a locked-in secure fit, whilst preventing in-shoe slippage from occurring and keeping you comfortable from start to finish.
EVA Midsole
A lightweight EVA foam midsole provides you with stability and comfort underfoot, which therefore ensures responsive rebound. Alongside this, the boots have a fleece-lined removable M-Select WARM foam insole, for adjustable comfort, providing additional cushioning so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. A Merrell Air Cushion in the heel absorbs shock and adds stability. A moulded Nylon arch shank is also present in the midsole section of these boots, which provides a supportive structure that resides between the insole and the outsole; diminishing the load incurred on your feet and calves over the course of your adventure the moulded Nylon arch shank helps to reduce fatigue.
Merrell Sticky Rubber Outsole
Made to support you on cold-weather surface conditions and perfect for winter, the boots have a Merrell sticky rubber outsole, providing great traction. This outsole compound provides durable support that provides grip when, and where you need it most.
