Breathable Woven Upper

Engineered to provide breathable and durable protection for all your trail adventures. The Cloudultra Pro features an abrasion-resistant upper that creates an optimal internal environment, allowing your feet to stay comfortable and perform their best. This weave comfortably secures your feet, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable run while significantly improving breathability. To prevent overheating and keep your feet feeling fresh mile after mile, the upper includes perforations that promote excellent airflow. This ventilation prevents moisture buildup, ensuring your feet remain dry and comfortable throughout your run. The knitted sock construction fits like a second skin and allows an easier step-in, whilst being more lightweight and breathable. A flat-laying tongue sits comfortably against the foot to reduce the chance of irritation. Finally, a traditional lacing system locks the midfoot for a secure fit, helping to prevent in-shoe slippage.

Advanced Midsole and Outsole

A combination of outstanding technologies and materials resides underfoot, providing exceptional cushioning, comfort and stability. Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and invaluable insights, the Cloudultra Pro utilises a CloudTec compound, which works alongside Helion HF hyperfoam to supply a perfect amount of underfoot cushioning and energy return. This combination of materials will provide a balanced level of cushioning to keep your feet comfortable and provide a soft landing on the trails, absorbing impact, reducing strain and adapting well to your running style. Alongside this, the Speedboard rebound system provides snappy, responsive energy return for bouncy strides and smooth forward propulsion, to keep every step comfortable. Reacting according to your unique movements, CloudTec compresses horizontally and vertically to cushion just where it should. The horizontal deformation of the Clouds does more than absorb impact; they reduce braking force and propels you forward. It also helps prevent injury for a pain-free run. The shoes have been designed with rocker geometry, with this technology, a unique fulcrum effect is created, like a rocking chair, which encourages a guided gait cycle for a more efficient run.

To keep you stable and provide grip on varying terrain, the shoes utilise a newly updated MissionGrip outsole, which features squared lugs in the heel and forefoot and multi-angled lugs in the shank and toe area. The outsole construction has a slightly more refined width in the midfoot and forefoot, for a lighter base, and more ground contact and traction. Working alongside this, the outsole includes high-abrasion rubber pods to provide a strong grip on the trail no matter the weather conditions.
