Puma ForeverRun Nitro Women's Running Shoes

The ForeverRun Nitro dawns a new era of support and guidance for all runners, providing the softness of a full NITRO midsole without compromising stability. It features a newly developed NITRO midsole with two different densities - a softer core with a firmer rim - and an asymmetrical heel counter to hold the foot in place through every stride.

Breathable Mesh Upper

The upper of the ForeverRun Nitro uses a breathable mesh material to provide optimum breathability and comfort. The perforations within the fabric allow cool air to flow whilst hot, muggy air escapes, providing a cooling sensation as you move and a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive. Not only this, but the upper is highly durable thanks to its construction, leaving you with shoes that are built to last. On the instep of the shoes, Puma has added PWRTAPE, which has been designed to provide structure to the shoe, supporting the foot and reducing in-shoe movement. Further increasing the support, the shoes also feature an asymmetrical heel counter, which helps stop the ankle from rolling inwards whilst providing a secure and locked-in fit. The ForeverRun Nitro has a traditional lacing system to provide a secure, locked-in feel when you're moving around.

NITRO Foam Midsole

The midsole of the ForeverRun Nitro has been created using Puma's most elite foam. The nitrogen-infused Peba foam is a lightweight, springy compound providing high energy return and exceptional responsiveness. Infusing nitrogen into the foam, Puma has been able to expand their midsoles to ensure that the shoes are extremely comfortable underfoot whilst also providing maximum propulsion with each step, letting you run further and faster with ease. The foam will help propel you forward, helping you to hit those PBs, but it also absorbs shocks and negative impact forces as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces, to help reduce stress on your joints and the risk of injury. Within the midsole is Puma's RUNGUIDE technology, a firmer-density foam guide rail designed to keep your foot aligned and centred through each stride, guiding you through the gait cycle more efficiently.

PUMAGRIP Outsole

Finishing the shoes, Puma have used their PUMAGRIP rubber compound in the outsole, which combines superior traction with durability. Strategically placed, the rubber forms a solid connection with a wide range of surfaces, even when wet or dry, giving you the confidence to run whatever the weather. The strong connection with the ground will provide a firm base to push off, allowing for a more efficient gait cycle. The shoes also feature a wider medial rubber segment, creating a wider base to stabilise late-stage pronation.
