Scarpa Rush TRK Pro GORE-TEX Men's Walking Boots
The Rush TRK Pro Gore-Tex is great for short or daily excursions. A shoe made with a focus on comfort and with technologies to help reduce foot fatigue.
GORE-TEX Upper
Nubuck Leather features through the upper construction of the Rusk TRK Pro Boots, to supply your feet with protection and comfort all in one. Not only this, but the boots include a GORE-TEX lining for further protection, particularly in wet weather conditions, while mesh inserts also ensure a constant level of breathability throughout your expedition. Nubuck leather is a strong fabric which provides a long-lasting, reliable pair of shoes. A 3D auto-fit ankle collar, with stretch-based fabrics and moulded foam to provide a wonderfully soft, comfortable fit and a great level of support. The collar ensures the maximum adaptability and comfort of the upper, reducing the impact stress that rests on the Achilles and malleolus area. Finally, the shoes' corded speed lace loops help make it quick and easy to secure the fit for a personalised and comfortable feel. A SockFit construction of the upper will mould to your foot shape to keep you feeling comfortable at all times, and a soft padded tongue removes the risk of irritation to the ankle, while acting as a debris guard.
EVA Midsole
A dual-density compression moulded EVA platform resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, absorbing shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole. Energy produced from this will also be returned as rebound, giving you an added spring in your step. The midsole ensures you're ready for unpredictable trails and tough terrain.
Presa Outsole
The PRESA sole is made with a high-grip and durable compound, pronounced heel and hiking-oriented lugs, which promote braking on descents and grip on climbs. This will keep you under control when taking on technical paths and trails. The rubber is abrasion-resistant, which retains its shape and definition despite being tested against hard and rough surfaces. In addition, the IKS (Interactive Kinetic System) technology, characterised by 5 shock-absorbing areas (domes), progressively and specifically supports the weight of our body during activity in the mountains. A DST Frame (Dynamic Stabiliser Torsion) works underfoot to provide rearfoot stability and enhanced torsion control. This combination of materials and technologies works with the SuperGum rubber compound to enhance traction, providing you with complete confidence underfoot.
