Jacquard mesh is extremely durable, shielding you from the constantly changing trail conditions. Most importantly, supplying your feet with a consistent, comfortable level of airflow that circulates through your shoes keeps feet at the optimum temperature. Allowing you to thrive under pressure, the cool air will replace hot, muggy air, and moisture will be wicked from within the shoes to ensure dry, fresh hikes, no matter how intense things become. The GORE-TEX membrane also prevents wet feet by preventing wet weather from penetrating the fabric and keeping feet dry during rain or snow.
