Constructed with water-friendly synthetic, mesh and webbing materials, the ultra quick-drying fabrics ensure you aren't bogged down with heavy, wet shoes by working to keep you dry and comfortable. The mesh allows cool air to permeate the fabric to remove uncomfortable heat build-up creating a healthy environment that feet can thrive in. Synthetic overlays offer support and stability working with integrated webbing loops to secure the midfoot for a locked-down fit. The Hyperlock moulded TPU heel counter holds the heel securely in place reducing in shoe slippage and increasing stability over uneven terrain. An integrated rubber toe bumper provides complete toe coverage protecting against bumps and grazes when out on the trail.

Constructed with a compression moulded EVA the Merrell Choprock delivers both stability and comfort for navigating tricky terrain. A Kinetic Fit BASE removable contoured EVA insole provides flexible, intuitive support for connected and protected movement, whilst a water-friendly top cover provides quick-drying comfort to keep you damp-free when exploring off the beaten track. Hydramorph channels and ports within the midsole offer quick water evacuation and increased air ventilation, keeping you light on your feet by eliminating excess water weight and channel water away from the feet for fast-drying comfort.

Vibram Megagrip Outsole

Built with a Vibram Megagrip, the high-performance rubber outsole offers unmatched durability, stability, and slip resistance, ensuring you have a confident footing on both dry and slick terrain. Aggressive edge lugs offer dependable traction no matter when the trail may take you, whilst the 5mm lug depth provides grip on both wet and dry surfaces.
