The Mizuno Stealth Star 2 is very lightweight and doesn't compromise on grip and stability. This all-rounder offers junior players a soft, responsive midsole and good flexibility thanks to smooth bending grooves strategically placed in the forefoot.
Breathable Mesh Upper
Constructed using a breathable mesh upper, the Stealth Star 2 offers exceptional breathability at all times by allowing warm air to be released and at the same time, enabling cool air in, keeping the inside of the shoe cool, dry and comfortable. Additionally, synthetic overlays are layered to provide high support during lateral movements, keeping your junior's feet safe and secure whilst performing at a high level. A soft, padded tongue further enhances comfort, providing a close fit. Lastly, a traditional lacing system reduces excessive movement for a secure, locked-in feel.
EVA Midsole
The lightweight EVA midsole provides superb comfort and cushioning properties. The midsole absorbs shock and impact forces that are caused by the heel strike phase of the gait cycle and harnesses the energy created. Once the energy is harnessed, the midsole transfers that same energy to the forefoot area, where it is used to push them into their next step, enhancing rebound properties.
Non-Marking Rubber Outsole
A non-marking rubber outsole provides superior traction whilst out on the court and brings an increased level of stability thanks to the fully flat sole. It enables your little one to power into their next step and allows them to perform powerful movements. Specifically engineered smooth flex grooves have been built to allow the player to turn at maximum speed and power by efficiently transferring natural body movement and change in direction. These grooves ensure better flexibility, whilst a reduced amount of rubber gives a lighter feel.
