Dual Mesh Upper

Further enhancing the upper, are the engineered 3D overlays that provide strategic flexibility and strengthen the structure of the shoe. The print overlay shape is designed to encourage a natural running motion by allowing the upper to flex in just the right places so that you can enjoy endless flexibility with uncompromising support. Finishing the upper is a secure lacing system with gilley system that will embrace the midfoot, providing a steady fit and reducing any unwanted movement within the shoe so you can enjoy uninterrupted strides.
PWRRUN Midsole
Using their innovative PWRRUN midsole in the Guide 16, Saucony has developed a midsole that will give you the next generation of cushioning. PWRRUN provides lightweight and springy cushioning to keep your feet comfortable at all times with just the right amount of softness, yet stays responsive enough to tackle as many miles as you wish. The updated Guide 16 has a deeper footbed to provide you with an increased level of stability and an even more comfortable fit than its predecessors. Saucony has included their HOLLOW-TECH Support system, which has been carried over from previous models for medial stability and is extremely lightweight and less intrusive for runners, than the traditional medial post.
XT-900 Outsole
Developed to be hardwearing and grippy, the outsole of the Saucony Guide 16 Running Shoes has been constructed using a carbon rubber outsole. This outsole offers exceptional traction and durability so you can continue with complete confidence. The rubber is able to form a solid connection with a wide range of different surfaces, giving you one less thing to worry about. The strong connection with the ground will also provide a firm base for you to push off from, making your gait cycle more efficient.
